About our charity : Headway East Northants Headway East Northants
Headway East Northants provides support and care for people who are brain injured. They have an activity centre and a minibus and employ five paid members of staff and six volunteers. The charity needs to raise £140,000 per year to maintain this service.

Our personal message:

Hi everyone, having notched up several half-marathons I've decided to go for the BIG one. Yes, this year I shall be running the Flora London Marathon on 13 April to see if I can do it and also raise funds for Headway, a charity specialising in giving care and support to survivors of traumatic head injury.

As you can see, I need to raise £1350 [or more] so I'm looking for caring and generous folk like yourselves to sponsor me, and although every little helps, the more the merrier as it will keep me smiling through the pain as I run 26.2 miles!  Don't forget if you pay tax then we can also get 28% back from the Chancellor - that's got to make us all smile
