Its a bit of a wake up call to take stock of my life and lifestyle, Doc says loose a few pounds lardy boy  so I intend to do a sponsored diet, I will diet from 01/01/2008 till 31/01/2008 with the intention of loosing as much weight as possible, in addition to this donation site I will run sponsor forms, £? per pound lost. you can email me your sponsorship pledge jgalleymore@btinternet.com or simply make a fixed doanation online at this site.

I will be weighed first thing on the 1st Jan 2008 and then again at midnight on the 31st Jan 2008, this will be witnessed and the same untampered scales will be used in the same position etc. If you have to loose weight why not raise some funds for a very worthy cause at the same time
