The Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy works with children and adults who have spinal muscular atrophy, and their families. The charity offers a range of support services to help families cope with both the emotional and practical issues that the diagnosis brings, whilst funding research to find answers for tomorrow.

thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Just over two years ago we found out that our daughter Mia has SMA type 3. This was a traumatic time for us all but the Jennifer Trust were there for us when we really needed help, support and advice. We hope that one day a cure will be found for this degenerative muscle wasting condition.

You can be sure that the Jennifer Trust will continue to support research and families in need and every penny you give is invaluable. This October I'm off to trek The Great Wall of China (not all of it!!) I hope my dodgy knees hold up to the test!
