The brain is the most complex organ in our body. It controls our emotions, senses and actions. So when it breaks down, we break down. We fund the best research to discover the causes, develop new treatments and improve the lives of those affected. Let’s unite to accelerate progress. Today.

Story

Every penny raised will go to finding a cure for brain tumours like the one that I suffered. It will also help raise awareness of the benefits of exercise for physical and mental health, as I show how I exercised to beat the depression that the tumour caused.

The Ironman challenge is one I never even knew about, let alone considered! Now I know and am daunted, but excited to prove how far I have come since the first headaches that were the tumour.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Brain Research Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
