About my charity : HEART UK HEART UK
At H.E.A.R.T UK we’re passionate about preventing premature deaths caused by high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. Inherited high cholesterol (IHC) affects about one person in every 100 and can cause early cardiovascular disease and shorten lives. IHC can kill fit young people, without warning, in their 30s, 40s and even in their 20s!

My personal message:

Having been a casual spectator and vocal supporter on more than a few occasions, I'm running the London marathon this year!  Hard to believe I know, but I'm not getting any younger and needed a challenge at this dreary time of year.  Sincere thanks to Rocky who's given up numerous Wednesday evenings and weekend mornings to pound the streets with me.

I'm delighted to be running in support of H.E.A.R.T UK.  They provide an invaluable information and support service to people at risk of and living with heart disease.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
