Hey guys!

I'm taking part in the St Andrews Hospice 6k fun run in Strathclyde Park on Sunday 30th November.

For those of you who aren't familiar with them, St Andrews Hospice is Lanarkshire's only hospice, and they provide invaluable care to 120 terminally ill cancer patients per week free of charge. Their annual running cost is £4.2million, of which £2.2million has to be raised from public donations, so please give generously!
