I've ran the marathon, I had a disaster, was running well up to 10 miles then I started to slow. By 16 miles I was limping and I had to walk/drag my leg the last 10 miles. But I finished and I'm still alive and healthy. Feel free to give some cash if you haven't already.

Just about everybody has some experience of Motor Neurone Disease and its devastating effects. MND Scotland help sufferers and their families through the most trying and difficult times, I know times are hard but if everyone who receives this email gives just a couple of pounds then we'll have a tidy wee sum and my aching thighs will be helping a very worthy cause.
