Cricket Without Boundaries is dedicated to helping, educating and developing local communities around the world through the spread and growth of cricket. Crucially, CWB also uses cricket as a tool in the fight against AIDS. CWB’s training sessions have at their heart discussion about the disease in terms of prevention, treatment and equality of treatment for those with and without the disease.

Dear all

Just about all activities done now - cricket day was excellent, lovely weather and great fun

- thanks to Donna Rogers at Den Boer Wines in Faringdon, £56.55 raised from the raffle for a magnum of bubbly Donna kindly donated at a wine tasting afternoon on 27th September

Cirencester 10k completed on 28th September, in 49:04 - goal was to beat 50 mins, so I take that as success!! 224 out of 491 as well, so London 2012 here we come!!

All the jabs done now and I know this has been a source of amusement for many of you, but the yellow fever one takes some beating .....!

So a bit of a rest and off to Uganda it is!!

Thanks again to everyone who has supported the charity and look forward to updating you with some stories from Uganda
