Blimey! I did it. Finish time was 4hrs 47 mins, which isn't too shabby all things considered. I had a wonderful time doing it and I'm still struggling to take in the incredibleness of it all.

Somewhat incredibly I find myself entered for the 2010 Virgin London Marathon. I've been training hard and can now bore anyone on negative splits, the perils of bleeding nipples, carb loading and the best route from Finsbury Park to Hampstead Heath. Full horrific details will be available at my blog.

I am using this opportunity to raise funds for a really brilliant charity called Whizz-Kidz - a great organisation who help disabled children lead more active lives by buying them specialised wheelchairs. Sponsor me and you'll go a long way to inspiring me to put one foot in front of the other for 26.2 miles and you'll also be helping a really good cause. By donating it will also give you the chance to cheer me on/mock me on the big day (Sunday April 25th).
