Following our successful fundraisings for Leukaemia Research in 2007 and 2008, this year I am competing in the Windsor Sprint Triathlon on the 14th June. This invloves swimming 750m, cycling 30km and running 5km. All hopefully achievable in around 1hr 40mins. I will be starting at 6.08am.
