Cerebral Palsy Cymru is Wales’s leading cerebral palsy charity. We provide specialist therapy to babies and children who have or are suspected of having cerebral palsy. We also provide a family support service which offers practical and emotional support to those who need it.

Story

Hello all! Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

This summer myself (Seb) and a collection of equally mad chums will be cycling a slightly wayward route from John O’Groats to Lands end covering roughly 1050miles, dipping in and out of the 3 fine countries we call Great Britain. The trip will take 13 days, which means averaging a cool 81 miles per day. The cycle will be in aid of Bobath Wales and The Fire fighters Charity, however all donations made on this site will go directly to Bobath.

We will be pedalling from Saturday 22nd August straight through to Friday 4th September. The nights we will either be spent camping road side, in campsites or at Fire Stations along the way.

As many of you know Jack, my brother, has Cerebral Palsy and Bobath’s physiotherapy and support has been a huge contributor towards his development into the happy young trouble maker he is today. In these tough economic times charities are often the first to feel the pinch, so anything you can donate in aid of this event will be greatly appreciated. At justgiving you can donate anything upwards from a pound, and it really does all help.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Bobath Childrens Therapy Centre Wales gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
