Well, I have now completed the Half Marathon – although thanks to foot & mouth affecting Windsor Great Park – I huffed and puffed my way round Wandsworth Common instead.

Now is the time to redeem those pledges as I make one last fundraising push for the sake of the many people in the Holy Land receiving help from Aid to the Church in Need. Facing persecution, poverty and a loss of hope, Christians are leaving in droves, especially from Palestine.

Archbishop Elias Chacour of The Galilee recently told ACN supporters in Westminster Cathedral that emigration is “our biggest enemy”.
