The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation has two aims, the first to promote independent worldwide research into all aspects of prostate cancer; and the second to spread the crucial knowledge gathered from that research as far afield as possible, via an internationally recognised forum, attended by the world’s top prostate cancer experts. The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation is also the home of the Bob Monkhouse ‘Give a few bob’ campaign www.giveafewbob.org.

Story

Hello,

As you will know by now I'm (slightly insanely!) running 26.2 miles round London on April 13th.

I'm running in aid of the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation, a charity close to my heart since Prostate Cancer has affected a number of men in my family. In the UK it's the most prevalent cancer in men, ultimately affecting 1 in 11.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I would appreciate your sponsorship to make the 26.2 miles (and the 300+ miles of training runs beforehand.......) worth it!

Many thanks for your support and Cheers!

John
