On the 22nd of November here in sunny Dubai 50 brave souls will run or walk either 10 or 5K on behalf of the Smile Train charity.

For my part I have decided to enter the 5K trudge and hope that you will take the time to sponsor me and more importantly to change a life for the better - Please have a look at the section on the left that tells you a little more about The Smile Train.
