Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page in memory of John Smith: Loving husband, dad, grandad, brother and all round good friend. 

We wanted to set up this page to help raise funds for this excellent organisation who supported us through our final week together.

Throughout that very tough week, every person that provided assistance did so with complete care and compassion and when TreeTops became involved it felt like a safe pair of hands were wrapped around us all - we cannot thank them enough for what they did, with roaming services and night sitters in place, it meant that his last wishes could be met, to pass away peacefully, pain-free, at home and with his loved ones with him. Thank you, that meant so much x
