My personal message:

Hi

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  Along with two other nutters, I'm about to ship out to the Northwest Territory of Canada to have a crack at the second Diamond Rock and Ice Ultra stage race.  We'll be trekking across 140 miles of frozen lakes over six days, pulling a kit sled.  If that sounds intriguing, you can follow our progress from 22 to 27 March at www.rockandiceultra.com  We'll be easy to spot, we're the only team of three!

To make the adventure even more worthwhile, I'd like to raise a good pot of cash for a cause that is very close to my heart - as a man who rarely misses an opportunity to get wet in scuba gear!  Project Aware does great work in educating communities all over the world on how they can help to preserve endangered ocean and coral environments.  Definitely worthy of support.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Project AWARE will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.

J
