This is my first marathon - something I have promised myself for the past three years but until now have always been beaten by injury. 

Training is going well - just hoping these old legs will hold up!

Incase I need any first aid, I have a 12 foot nurse running along side, so I should be OK - good luck to Andy Wills and NESSA seen in the photo.
