<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Firstly thank you so much to all of you that supported me to go China 2 years ago.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Walking the Great Wall of China (and I never thought I would finish it, but I did!) raised £4426.00 - (and the group raised 70K) thank you – I now need more of the same support<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>this year please.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">As you know all the money is for ST CLARE hospice in Epping where my Father was cared for and looked after until his last days. They need £2.6M to provide care each year which equates to over £5k a day! (no or little government funding).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">My target this year is 5k so please try and dig deep (NB for those that said yes and never actually made the donation last time – you know who you are!!! <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>– please double it this time!) </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">This year I am going to Peru to trek the “Machu Pichu” in May and need all the support I can please in terms of sponsorship.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">10 days of trekking and as you all know I am not a fit guy and ready NOT for a part in TOWIES just yet!</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">I know times are really hard at the moment, but whatever you can give will be really appreciated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">My father, John, as you all know, was a good man and my family and I miss him greatly.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Walking in memory of him to raise money for the hospice in Hastingwood which made the last days of his life more comfortable, means that we keep his memory alive and help the hospice.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Also I am having a Quiz night to raise money on the 9 of March – please contact me for details if you would like to come! It will be held in Epping and should be a lot of fun!</span></p>
