In May 2014 I'm going to be hiking 84 miles across Hadrian's Wall in 3 days with a small group of people from work. We're doing this in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Trust, a UK charity who that is dedicated to promoting excellence in research and clinical care, as well as providing practical support and advice to people with cystic fibrosis and their families. 

Training has started to prepare for walking the equivalent of a marathon a day for 3 days. It won't be easy but will be worth it for a very good cause.
