We research better psychological support for patients with facial disfigurement:

The surgeons who are taking part in our research are working hard to improve the treatment of all patients with mouth cancer and other disfiguring facial injuries and diseases. They give their time pro bono but Saving Faces makes this research possible by providing researchers to collect outcome data about differing treatment protocols and research. Saving Faces also funds psychology researchers and trains surgeons in research. It provides patient-to-patient support through its expert patient ‘phone line.
