The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Aidan & my JustGiving page.

Its payback time for many past sponsorships and for those who I haven't sponsored in the past its time for you to donate to a great cause.

We are looking for your support to help raise money for the Princes Trust.

As a school Governor for the past 4 years I have seen the challenge children face first hand and support from the Princes Trust is something that is vital for so many children who are struggling  at school and who are at risk of exclusion.

Around one in five young people in the UK are not in work, education or training. Youth unemployment costs the UK economy £10 million a day in lost productivity, while youth crime costs £1 billion every year.

Many of the young people they help are in or leaving care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or have been in trouble with the law.

Their programmes give young people the practical and financial support they need to stabilise their lives and help develop key skills, confidence and motivation, enabling young people to move into work, education or training.

So please donate all you can either my the mile or just what ever you can afford, every bit counts.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
