Having ran the London Marathon in 2007 and 2008 for Leonard Cheshire its time to set myself a new goal for this year.

Most People have seen somebody have a seizure or know of somebody who has. Its not a pretty sight and can be humiliating to the point of making people shed tears.

Somebody very very close to me was recently affected by a seizure during the night and i have never felt so helpless. I thought i needed to help but in actual fact there isnt a lot that can be done except make somebody comfortable and try to prevent them from harming themselves.

The only way i can contribute is in this way, give my time, my energy into raising money which will go direct to National society for Epilepsey.

Please help me help others.
