On the 5th of May I'll be dragging myself 26 miles around the streets of Belfast to raise funds for the Beatson Institute.  These people do some incredible work that changes, prolongs and saves lives.  As many of you know this is a charity with some personal relevance to both myself and my family so please do dig deep and get involved!
