Snowdon Climb · 13 March 2008

The church of St. Mary the Virgin is located on the outskirts of the north-Hampshire village of Eversley. The current Fundraising Campaign is to pay for major repairs to the roof and tower of this Grade 1 Listed building, the church at which Charles Kinglsey was Rector.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. We are climbing Mt Snowdon to raise money for our local church, please sponsor me online. We will be climbing the Snowdon Ranger path which is about 6kms long and has a climb of over 3,000 feet.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Eversley PCC Hampshire will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support.

Jonathan (Age 9) and Phil Hames

We completed the climb up to the top and down as planned. It was very cold with thick fresh snow. We had no serious problems going up or down.
