I'll be taking part in Medequip Minithon on Sunday 19th October, which will involve me running, or as I like to call it, walking, round a 5 mile course in Battersea Park

My intense training programme started this week and involved me watching videos of our Olympic athletes’ success during this summer’s games. I’ve also had a few days work on the Island of Jersey . I've been assured that this will help.
