Ride for the north : 4 days of great cycling..sounds easy i'll do it ! 220 miles over 4 days: Oh Crap ! Now i just need to buy a bike , learn to ride and get fit enough to complete the challenge. So please make a donation for this cause or just if you like to see me suffer ! 

I defiantly fall into the category of “non professional” amongst our fellow cyclists taking on this challenge , I am preparing myself for the challenges ahead and looking forward to taking part in the event to raise as much money as possible for Bernardo’s
