Story

Thanks for visiting.

If you've not heard Paul Holton and I have decided to walk from Guildford to Brighton on the 22nd August 2009. We will be trying to complete this 41 mile journey in under 24 hours - through the night.

This is a tough task and Paul and I are training hard as per picture. Some of you may know that I ran a marathon last year and should really have collected for that so if you think the walk is lazy just ask me about the pain from last year.

Tree Aid is a great charity. It helps villagers in Africa to learn how to use and care for their trees - teaching them to build and run a business so they can be self reliant. This brings loads of environmental and sustainable benefits inluding food and income.
