I am cycling 650k's from the foothills of Kilimanjaro to Mombasa, Kenya in October and am hoping to raise over £3,000 for Norwood and would really welcome your support.

Norwood is a wonderful charity and is very close to my heart. They help many special people with physical disabilities and learning difficulties to have a much better chance in life.

4 of Norwood's residents will be joining me on the ride; and it will be incredible to see them participate...and to complete the challenge.
