Saffron Building Society Community Fund (managed by Essex Community Foundation) was first established in 2010 with the aim of supporting good causes in the Society's region.

Over the last few years we have been able to help fund good causes who work tirelessly to support those in need. It was meeting the volunteers who run these organisations that has really driven me to want to do more and I intend to raise as much sponsorship as I can to help more groups than ever this year.

As someone with the fear of heights this felt like the most stretching challenge I could set myself.
