In January 2010 I am going to climb Mount Kilimanjaro! Not only am I going to conquer the highest free-standing mountain in the world but I'm also going to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

At 5896m above sea level the climb itself is going to be a massive challenge, and apparently, I have signed myself up for the most dangerous and toughest route to the summit - never one to do things by half! Not only that, I will have to give up smoking, cope with altitude sickness, freezing temperatures and an awful lot of blisters.

But before I can do all this I need to raise £5K for Macmillan Cancer Support, and this is where you come in :-)
