The Food Chain provides home delivered meals, groceries and other nutrition services to men, women and children chronically sick with HIV related illness. They aim to ensure that no one living with the virus has their ability to get well and stay well adversely affected by lack of access to appropriate food.

My story

I seem to have signed up for doing a triathlon on Sunday 26 July. Not quite sure how that happened. It's 1.5K swim in a lake, 40K bike ride and a 10K run.

As this is the first one ive ever done, I am extremely nervous about doing and not actually convinced i will make it to the finish line, but im gonna give it a go anyway. Not trying to get a good time, just trying to make it to the end!!

I will be collecting donations for Foodchain, so if you feel like sponsoring me, i would be very grateful. Just to add a bit of extra pressure to myself!
