Support Dogs is a national charity dedicated to increasing independence and improving the quality of life for children and adults affected by autism, epilepsy and physical disability. We train specialist assistance dogs to achieve this.

Story

Bloody hell. Less than 4 weeks to go. What more can I say - a massive thank you to everyone who has already sponsored me, and to those who haven't yet, a final plea for your support!

I'm still running for Support Dogs, and this is still what they do:

Support Dogs is a pretty small charity, but they do some really cool things - go and have a look at www.support-dogs.org.uk to see exactly what. I can thoroughly recommend clicking on the 'Disability Assistance Dogs' link on the left-hand side of their homepage - they can be trained to do many things which actually, many able-bodied grown men seem to struggle with...loading and unloading the washing machine etc etc - brilliant.

Thanks again for reading this far, and for those of you who are as paranoid at doing money-related stuff online as I am, here's some reassuring stuff from those friendly folk at JustGiving:

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Support Dogs gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
