Over 20 million people in the UK live with a musculoskeletal condition — that’s one in three of us. With your support we fund vital research to improve orthopaedic treatment, restore mobility, and give people back their independence and freedom. Every donation makes a difference. Thank you.

Story

Hi All

Joint Action is the Research Arm of the British Orthopaedic Association and works tirelessly to fund work based on improving quality of life for people with conditions such as Arthritis. Research into preventing deterioration of joints and improving survival of Joint Replacements is crucial for our ageing population.

Many of us will be grateful for their work at some point in life - especially those sportsmen and women that, like me, continue to abuse their joints with activities such as running! So hopefully my plan to abuse my knees for 26 miles on April 22nd will help ensure this fantastic work can be continued.

Thankyou for any support you can give.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
