My personal message:

Prostate cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer diagnosed in men over 45. But ridculously most men miss the 'window of curability' because of ignorance, or worse - embarrassment!

 

Prostate UK is trying to change this.

 

The male members of Joopster’s crew would like to still be sailing when we are all wrinkly old codgers. So we think that Prostate UK is a worthwhile charity that needs our support. PLEASE dig deep and sponsor us, and we’ll do our best to get round the IOW this year without hitting anything, running aground or wrapping a spinnaker around the forestay.
