At the Hero for A Day event at Bowles in Crowborough, I will be tackling the Trapeze, scaling a sandstone rock face, taking on the dizzying heights of the Zip Wire, abseiling and assault coursing.

*I'm aiming to raise as much as possible, but want to raise a minimum of  £150*
