I appreciate everyone receives lots of emails asking for sponsorship these days; however, my sister and I are doing the Forget me Not Sleep Walk in Newark on 11th October to raise money for Beaumond House Community Hospice; they provided wonderful care for my Mother nine yars ago and are now helping my family again. I am asking everyone I know to donate just £1 of their hard earned cash. The Walk is just a mile so I don't expect anymore - every little helps this hospice that costs £500k each year to keep going
