You may have heard about MIND and the wonderful work they do supporting people with mental health problems. I've chosen the City & Hackney branch, as I have worked directly with them and know about their outstanding work helping people from one of the most diverse and deprived areas in the UK. About me, well, I will put a bit of sweat and sore muscles, but it is your contribution that is really important.

Quizás hayas oído acerca de MIND y el excelente trabajo que hacen dando apoyo a personas con problemas mentales. He elegido la sección de La City y Hackney (zona muy deprivada y diversa del interior de Londres) porque he trabajado directamente con ellos y sé que su papel es importantísimo en la prestación de apoyo a gente de todo credo, raza y lengua. Voy a participar en el recorrido en bici desde Londres a París en Junio´09 y necesito patrocinadores para alcanzar la cifra de 2000 libras esterlinas. Lo que yo pondré de mi parte es sólo un poco de sudor y agujetas, pero es tu contribución a esta causa lo que dará valor a mi esfuerzo.
