Firstly, thank you to everyone who supported me on the Norwood South Africa ride last year - that includes donating, helping me fundraise and spurring me up every hill I came across.

This time, I'm heading for India with my lovely sister Megan to not only take on the multi-terrain but also the 'urban' chaos of people, taxis and cows for 300 miles from Agra to Jaipur.

It will take a lot of training and commitment - all for a great cause so please be as generous as possible.
