Resolution Run - Leeds · 2 March 2014

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the leading charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Seeing as I've started running to replace the excercise I used to get from walking to work, I figured I may as well a) challenge myself and b) do some good. This seemed like a good idea (4 weeks ago).

Cynicism aside, it's a good charity and I think I can safely say that strokes affect pretty much everybody in some way or another, so dig deep. I've actually been training for this, so help me make sure that me busting my gut isn't for nothing.
