Practical Action is an international development organisation that puts ingenious ideas to work so people in poverty can change their world.

Story

Hi Everyone!

We will be undertaking Warwick Jailbreak this November in aid of Practical Action. The aim is to get as far away from Warwick campus as possible in just 36 hours, without spending any money on travel!!

We will also be attempting the "Ultimate Challenge" of spending ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL!

The event takes place between 9am on Saturday 5th November and 9pm on Sunday 6th. You have until then to sponsor us AS MUCH (or as little) as you can!

We've set ourselves the ambitious target of £400 so please please please give generously!

You may not have heard of practical action, but they are a fantastic international development charity with a difference. They work together with some of the world's poorest women, men and children, helping to alleviate poverty in the developing world through the innovative use of technology.

They receive funding from Comic Relief, The Big Lottery Fund and the Department for International Development and support charities such as UNICEF to provide sustainable solutions to help tackle world poverty.

For more information please visit the Practical Action website at www.practicalaction.org

Thank you so much for your support!
