Joshua was born in Spring 2017 at full term. He died three hours later due to a severe and complex pulmonary arteriovenous malformation (PAVM) caused by hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). The incredible team of nurses, obstetricians, anesthetists, neonatologists and fetal cardiologists did everything they could to save Joshua's life. We cannot thank the University College London Hospital (UCLH) Fetal Medicine & Neonatal Units enough for their dedication, passion, care, time and expertise. We hope the money raised will contribute to specialised equipment, diagnostic expertise, research, pioneering fetal surgery and bereavement support.
