Somthing you may have not known about me is that as well as being nuts enough to think running the London Marathon is a great idea, I was once a St John Ambulance cadet, trained in first aid and attended events as a volunteer manning the first aid tents.

St. John Ambulance is the UK’s leading First Aid, transport and care charity.
