Hi all, as you may know, I decided at the end of 2011 that I would sign up to run 10K in Glasgow in September which I thought gave me 9 months to get in shape (which in itself is a challenge......).

However this need for fitness has been accelerated since Christian asked me to be part of his "Summer's Kiltwalk Team" who are going to walk 26 miles from Hampden to Loch Lomond on 8 April 2012. This really is a great cause and I aim to help raise as much money as I can for The Kiltwalk Charity, so please don't be shy and give generously!

On a serious note, the money raised will go to The Kiltwalk Charity, who specifically support leading children's charities such as CLIC Sargent and CHAS, with Ward 2 of the Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh receiving up to 50% of all the money our team raise for the Kiltwalk.
