I am taking part in the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle (in Killarney, Ireland) on 5th July 2008. The route is 112 miles long and is likely to entail 8-10 hours in the saddle (if I survive)! I have selected the Yorkshire Cancer Centre to benefit from the sponsorship I raise from this event.
