Hi Guys

I am running for Prostate Cancer Charity, as my Grandad died from it and number of my family have passed away from Cancer related illness's in the past couple of years.

I am under way with my training and aiming for sub 4hrs !

I will be entering other races in preparation and am signed up for the Adidas Half Marathon at Silverstone a month before the Marathon.
