As most of you know I am once more attempting to run the London Marathon 2008 even though I have not been out running for years.

This year I am attempting to do lots of training and cut out the booze and fags which is going to be very difficult for me.  What I have also decided to do is run for the Prostate Cancer Charity of which I need your help to raise funds for.
