Fresh from the 150 mile Trans Lebanon Ultra that I ran on Monday 6th April with Jackson Griffith, I am now making the final preparations for my 16th London Marathon (that's one for every year since 1993, bar 2000 when I was in the Sahara Desert running 150 mile Marathon des Sables).

please do not be put off sponsoring me because this is 'only' a marathon - it's not an ultra, I know, but it's a different race that will require a different pace! 

I am raising money for MEDICS, who provide a superb immediate response service along the M11 corridor and have saved countless lives over the years.

Please give generously and help me to make my target  and so keep MEDICS running!
