The Legion provides care and support to members of the British Armed Forces- you probably best know it for its annual poppy appeal. So after a few too many pints an English friend talked me (a Frenchman!) into taking part in the 460km ride over 4 days from London to the Arc de Triomphe- am hoping the pace will be more sedate than those nutters in the Tour de France.
