This year I lost a very special friend to Cancer.  It seems that it affects people who are young; have a family and seem to be affected so suddenly by this awful disease.  I am training through the cold winters to ensure I raise enough money for the wonderful Christie Hospital, who manage to make people so at ease when they go there.
