I've never done a triathlon before and probably never will again, but having been involved with BYHP last year, I think it's a fantastic cause and worth the effort ( she said, trying not to think of that cold lake she's got to swim in!) 

 BYHP helps young people who find themselves homeless and supports them in many ways, not just finding a home but also helps in finding jobs, sorting out family issues and giving them the confidence to rebuild their lives.

Being the mother of three children, this charity struck a chord with me.  Many thanks for supporting me, it's much appreciated.
